East Bay Care is a network of companies dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities — Camp, CCI, and Community Day Program. Through our residential and adult day programs, we create a joyful, supportive, and secure environment where each person can thrive and reach their fullest potential.
Our diverse and talented team works hand-in-hand with our consumers in family-style settings which foster mutual respect and meaningful connections. Together we provide a happy healthy space for our consumers to live, work, and play in spaces that promote growth and positive life learning opportunities.
We serve adults (18+) within the Regional Center system who have a primary diagnosis of an intellectual disability. Our highly trained staff is equipped to care for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals, ensuring that every person receives complete and personalized care.
Once your loved one is admitted to one of our homes, they won't just receive residential care, they truly become family and have found their homes for life!
Our mission began in 1987 with the opening of three homes and later expanding our initiative to broaden our care. Our original homes are still operational and we’re honored that many of the original consumers still reside in them today!
Our homes are located in Fremont, California (2 homes) and Dublin, California (3 homes).
All of the five homes provide safe, supportive environments for six individuals per home. Whether ambulatory or using wheelchairs, every resident, both male and female, receives the specialized care they deserve.
We also take advantage of established community recourses for recreational and social opportunities to help empower each person in their own unique way.
Our commitment to support extends beyond residential care. Over 30 years ago, we launched our first Community Day Program in Fremont. In 2006, we expanded once again with the opening of our Sierra Day Program in Dublin. These programs offer opportunities for growth, connection, and enrichment.
Our residential homes are licensed and certified by the California Department of Public Health.
